With the help of CMG team and the implementation of Onebeat Software we reduce the stock-out by +50%, align the correct inventory in stores and got more sales (+20% for some categories), we balanced the inventory on the Distribution Center to react quickly to the best sellers, and we reduce the number of discounted products.
